Raw Material Inspection (IQC)

No material enters our production floor without verification. We use a spectrometer to confirm the chemical composition and grade of all incoming metals and plastics, ensuring your part starts with the right foundation.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

The first part produced from any new setup is subjected to a full dimensional inspection against the 2D drawing using our CMM and other precision tools. Production only begins after the FAI is approved.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Our machine operators and dedicated IPQC inspectors conduct regular checks at critical points during the machining process. This allows us to identify and correct any potential deviations in real-time.

Final Quality Assurance (FQA)

Upon completion of a batch, our full-time FQA team performs a comprehensive final inspection. This includes a statistical sampling (or 100% inspection for critical parts) to verify all dimensions, features, and finishes.

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

Before packaging, we perform a final check to ensure parts are correctly counted, free of any cosmetic defects, and that all required documentation (material certs, inspection reports) is present.
