Our standard machining tolerances are ±0.005" (±0.127mm) for most features. For tighter tolerances, we can achieve ±0.001" (±0.025mm) or better depending on the material and part geometry. We use advanced CMM inspection to verify all tolerances meet your specifications.
What are your typical lead times for prototypes?
Standard prototype lead times range from 5-10 business days depending on part complexity and material availability. For urgent projects, we offer expedited services with lead times as fast as 3-5 business days. Production runs typically require 2-4 weeks depending on quantity and complexity.
How do you ensure my design is confidential?
We take confidentiality seriously. All design files are stored on secure, encrypted servers with restricted access. We sign NDAs with all clients and have strict internal protocols to protect your intellectual property. Your designs are never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than manufacturing your parts.
What file formats do you accept for quotes?
We accept all major CAD file formats including STEP, IGES, STP, SLDPRT, PRT, X_T, and DWG. For best results, we recommend STEP or IGES formats. You can also upload 2D drawings in PDF or DWG format. Our engineering team will review your files and provide DfM feedback along with your quote.
