What is 5-Axis Milling?
5-axis milling simultaneously moves the cutting tool along five axes (X, Y, Z, and two rotary axes A/B or A/C), enabling the tool to approach the workpiece from virtually any angle. This advanced capability allows machining of complex 3D geometries, deep cavities, undercuts, and intricate features in a single setup.
Unlike 3/4-axis milling, which requires multiple setups and repositioning, 5-axis machines can access all sides of a part without manual intervention, reducing setup time, improving accuracy, and enabling the production of geometries impossible with conventional milling.
With 25+ advanced 5-axis machines in our facility, we can handle the most complex aerospace, medical, and automotive components with exceptional precision and efficiency.
